It's been 2 months since I started my attempt to loose weight. In these 60 days I've tried controlling on my diet, did cardio for 4 days/week and lost approximately 6.3 Kgs*.
In the past 7 days things didn't go the way I expected them. I just recovered from fever last week, due to weakness I didn't go to gym at all.
Since I didn't go to gym I was extra careful about what I was eating but looks like even doing that didn't help at all. I guess exercising was the main reason behind the weight loss. Controlling only my diet last week has made me loose only 300 gms :(
In past 7 days there were two instances where I ate junk food:
- In Dinner ordered North Indian cuisine from a restaurant - Dal makhani + Dahi kebab.
- Visited a friend and had 2 laddus there.
Oh well just to console myself I can say that I've not gained anything so that's a good sign :)
All in all this whole week was very un-eventful and dull. Here is how the graph looks like now:
